We at Almaz Foods have created two exciting food products, Traditional Falafel and Kubbeh.
Falafel is an Eastern Mediterranean dish that is regarded as one of the oldest and most enjoyed throughout the region and has become increasingly popular in the western world. Our Falafel is a simple but traditional recipe with all the Mediterranean flavour, goodness and taste one can expect and is particularly suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Kubbeh is known to be a signature of Mediterranean Cuisine. It is Traditionally made of bulgur (cracked wheat), finely ground meat, onions and middle eastern spices. We have a variety of fillings including a vegetarian option and we are hoping to expand further in the near future.
Through these wonderful Mediterranean dishes we plan to revolutionise the frozen food market.
